Your Day 90 Review

Expectations and Execution for Your First 90 Days

Turn 90 Days Into a Decision

Day 90 is the point to stop guessing and start deciding. You are not asking whether LinkedIn works in general. You are asking what worked for you and where to put effort next. Block an hour to look at the full picture.

The 5 Questions

  1. Who engaged? What share of commenters, followers, and profile visitors are in your ICP?
  2. What drove ICP engagement? Which pillar (personal, company, industry) and which format (framework or storytelling)?
  3. What conversations did it generate? How many DMs, how many calls, and how many are moving toward business?
  4. What did you hear offline? Did prospects, clients, or investors mention your posts unprompted?
  5. How does the process feel? Is the time commitment sustainable? Are you posting every week without dreading it?

What Changes After Day 90

If you see...Then...
ICP engagement and conversations are buildingDouble down on the pillars that are working and on comment-to-DM follow-up
Strong engagement but few conversationsShift toward operational and client stories (Module 3, Chapter 4) and be more active in DMs
Low ICP engagementTighten the ICP, sharpen the positions you take, and revisit the profile
Everything is working but time is tightCut steps, delegate drafting or commenting, or lower your frequency. Quality per post matters more than volume once you are established (Module 1, Chapter 5).
