What the First 90 Days Look Like

Expectations and Execution for Your First 90 Days

The first 90 days are focused on building the foundation that makes results possible: a profile that converts, a voice that sounds like you, a bank of stories, and a habit of showing up.

If you go in expecting a pipeline spike in month one, you will be disappointed.

The Three Phases

PhaseDaysThe jobWhat success looks like
Foundation1-30Rebuild your profile, define your ICP and pillars, build your story bank, and set a posting rhythmProfile is live. You are posting every week.
Calibration31-60Learn which hooks and story types land, tighten your voice, and start engaging with ICP commentersYou can name two or three post types that resonate. First DM conversations appear.
Compounding61-90Lean into what is working, build the comment-to-conversation habit, and start tracking pipeline attributionA repeatable weekly process. ICP conversations are happening. You know which pillar drives them.

Why Month One Feels Slow

Three things are happening at once. Your audience does not know you yet, so early posts reach mostly your existing network. The algorithm has no history on your account. And your own voice is still settling into the format, which means early posts will feel like an approximation of you rather than the real thing.

None of this is a problem. It is the cost of starting.
