The client
Enoch Kimmelman is the owner of The Shoppes at Solana and a commercial real estate veteran with more than 30 years of experience revitalizing properties across the United States. He acquired an underperforming mall in El Paso with a vision to create a destination for retail, food, and entertainment.
The challenge
Foot traffic was low, leasing conversations were quiet, and the property was perceived as a declining center. Enoch needed to showcase its potential and build interest among commercial brokers, brand operators, and community organizers.
What Notice Me(dia) did
- Built a content engine highlighting leasing opportunities, foot traffic wins, and tenant spotlights.
- Positioned Enoch as the driving force behind the mall’s transformation.
- Used consistent LinkedIn posts and network engagement to reach brokers, representatives, and operators.
The results
- Months 1–3: the case study reports a record day with 18,600+ visitors and six new tenants, including Hello Kitty and five local brands, alongside inbound interest from brokers and event planners.
- Months 4–7: a broker partnership formed through LinkedIn content and led to dozens of new tenant deals. More than 13 brokers reached out directly about leasing opportunities, and Enoch appeared on two industry podcasts.
- Months 7–12: the case study reports monthly inbound interest from more than ten real estate professionals, with continued growth in partnerships, events, and brand visibility.
- Across twelve months, the LinkedIn program generated 333,000 reported impressions. Property and leasing outcomes are reported by the client; they are not presented as independently measured attribution to LinkedIn alone.
“Working with this team has not only met but exceeded my expectations. They’ve been instrumental in transforming the mall’s image and drawing real, measurable interest from the real estate community.”
